If I were the Boss I would like to accept employees that are given bad record by their employers or bosses. Most bosses love to bully employees and say I was also bullied so that is why I have to bully my juniors. This results to the employees to burst into anger on their bosses and look for other jobs.
In most instances such oppressed employees have good potential and they are normally perfect on their interviews but the bottom line of all is the references. Later on after interviews they received phone calls or letters stating that “we are sorry to inform you that you were not the best candidate for the company” and all that happens because of the reference given by an oppressive boss.
Therefore If I were the boss I will not go for such advices but I would rather give myself enough time to learn what type of a person I will be dealing with. Probation in companies is made for such things.
Negative job reference can lead to the former boss being sued for defamation or for discrimination and all other sort of accusations. There are bosses who cannot keep employees because of their religion, race, origin, color, gender, age, disability health status and pregnancy.
When those people try to find other jobs, bosses are giving them bad references, if I was the boss I would hire exactly those kinds of people who are bad record given and lastly I would like to change times of resuming duties. Most accidents are caused by the hours that our jobs resume which are involving too much traffic on the roads
